What You'll Do
As an Associate Strategist – Lifecycle Marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional results for our clients. You’ll work closely with clients and our internal team to execute strategies that elevate their retention marketing efforts. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Lifecycle Marketing (Retention) Strategist in day-to-day operations, including managing marketing calendars, crafting strategies, building and deploying email campaigns, and conducting A/B testing.
- Writing detailed strategic briefs for email and SMS campaigns, ensuring clarity and precision.
- Overseeing ESP (Email Service Provider) systems to ensure smooth operation, accurate data flow, and optimal performance.
- Coordinating between internal teams (designers, copywriters, strategists) and clients, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely delivery of assets.
- Managing email and SMS campaign execution, including segmentation, quality assurance, scheduling, and deployment aligned with the content calendar.
- Organizing and participating in client meetings to discuss progress, insights, and opportunities.
- Creating, contributing to, and presenting weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports for clients and internal teams.
- Owning campaign calendars, handling approvals, revisions, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
What You Bring
- Proven Experience: 2+ years in email and SMS marketing production, preferably in an agency setting.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with platforms like Klaviyo, Customer.io, Sendlane, Braze, Attentive, Postscript, etc. Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding is required.
- Organization & Discipline: Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative Mindset: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Ownership Mentality: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership of your work.

Location: fully remote
Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000
