Senior Growth Strategist, Paid Media and Performance Marketing

Role Overview:
As a Senior Growth Strategist, you will drive the strategy and client comms on our largest Paid Media clients. A storyteller and data lover at heart, you are able to showcase crystal clear strategies using data. You have a strong understanding of search and social strategy (and how they work together). You have your finger on the pulse on how to drive e-commerce businesses and bring in new customers for our clients.
To ensure all clients are hitting success metrics, you will help lead and inspire other teammates to perform at their best. You should enjoy teaching, coaching, and developing others.
You will bring your expertise in the space during audits and pitches for new clients and will help set the strategy for new clients as they begin to work with Structured.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related work experience in Paid Media in an agency setting
- Must have experience managing half a million+ in monthly budgets on Google/Meta
- Experience running Paid digital advertising campaigns across a variety of channels, including Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
- Experience managing staff and passion for mentoring; helping others learn, and the humility to be continually learning yourself (no egos)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts both internally and externally with clients and prospects
- A strong eye for visual creative (image and video) and design
- A passion for e-commerce marketing and commitment to mastering the craft of growing e-commerce brands
- Strong understanding of attribution and experience using MTA tools
- Years of experience driving new customer-first strategies
- Experience auditing clients and exceptional presentation skills
- Experience with or interest in learning new marketing skills, like CRO, Email & SMS

Responsibilities
- Managing top clients' or high-potential clients' Paid and Creative strategy
- Training Paid Media team to drive better results for clients
- Provide Strategic Reporting - more than metrics - to our clients and help elevate standards of work output across the full team
- Current client audits and new/prospective client audits & pitches
- Report to and Support the Director of Paid Media to drive desired outcomes across the full team
This is a fully remote role. Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000
