Now we’re looking for a versatile Designer (Static & Graphic) who can craft high-impact visual assets for paid media, email, and digital campaigns. If you love bringing ideas to life through clean, intentional design — and you can flex into lightweight video work when needed — you might be the missing puzzle piece our creative team has been waiting for.
What You’ll Do
You’ll shape the visual language of our clients’ paid media and lifecycle marketing through crisp, compelling design work.
Static & Graphic Design (Core Responsibilities)
- Design high-performing static ad creative for paid social (Meta, Google, etc.).
- Produce polished email marketing designs that support brand storytelling and drive engagement.
- Bring ideas, and collaborate, with Copywriters, Creative Strategists, and account teams to translate briefs into clear, conversion-minded visual solutions.
- Adapt creative across multiple brands efficiently, maintaining quality, consistency, and brand integrity.
- Own end-to-end creative execution: concepting, layout, design, production, and revisions.
- Maintain excellent file hygiene, organization, and adherence to Structured’s naming conventions and workflow expectations.
- Participate in internal reviews, receive feedback constructively, and iterate thoughtfully.
Video Editing (Bonus Area — Not Required but Great to Have)
- Edit short-form videos for paid social using Adobe Premiere (simple performance edits, UGC mashups, text overlays, light color/sound cleanup).
- Understand social-platform safe zones and performance-optimized layouts.
- Apply feedback from Creative Strategists and improve edits with minimal revision cycles.
What You’ll Bring
Required
- 3+ years of static and graphic design experience, ideally in an agency or multi-brand setting.
- Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Strong grasp of layout, typography, color, spacing, and storytelling through design.
- Comfort working within the constraints of brand systems and guidelines.
- Ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Excellent English communication skills (written, verbal, and comprehension).
- High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and strong organizational habits.
- Experience collaborating within remote-first environments using tools like Slack, ClickUp, Frame.io, or similar.
- A growth-minded, feedback-welcoming attitude.
Nice to Have
- Video editing experience (Premiere Pro proficiency preferred).
- Exposure to motion graphics, animation, or simple After Effects work.
- Understanding of performance marketing concepts like ROAS, CPA, creative iteration, and performance lift.
