As a Graphic Designer, you'll collaborate with copywriters and use your design best practices to create stunning and functional emails. We are searching for a designer who actually knows what an email should look like in 2024. You'll work day-to-day as an email designer, someone with a keen, high-caliber design eye who can take creative direction or implement feedback without ego.

In the day-to-day, you can expect to context switch between client accounts creating show stopping work!

Now the nitty gritty!

Qualifications:

• You have 3+ years experience as a visual designer working in a creative agency setting or freelance with multiple clients
• Strong foundational graphic design skills; experience with typography preferred
• Experience with motion or animation is a plus
• You take pride in your work
• You openly embrace feedback including from Senior Designers, Copywriters, Clients, etc.
• You possess an sharp eye for detail
• This client one minute, another client the next...it doesn't matter, because context-switching is your middle name
• Experience with branding and typography
• You are an expert with Adobe Photoshop and Figma
• You maintain high standards in process, design, file naming/structure and presentation
• You have experience with team communication and project management tools (we use Slack and ClickUp!)

Responsibilities:

• You show up ready to take on each day with effective time management
• You will be responsive via Slack for team collaboration and communication
• You will work with a Senior Designer to perfect and optimize the email designs on your docket in ClickUp
• You will collaborate with other Structured team members on your accounts to ideate and deliver high caliber creative campaigns
• You will fully own being the designer on your client accounts in every way
• Excellent communication and comprehension skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Able to take direction well and conduct a thorough review of own work.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage editing many projects at once.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Able to conduct themselves in a professional, remote-first environment.
